About the event
Join me for a session in a beautiful Grade II listed building in Blackheath. You will be supported with alchemy crystal singing bowls, breathwork, embodied movement and stretches. Everything you need to bring you back home to yourself and regulate your nervous system. Bring your own Yoga Mat and any props you need like cushions or blankets.
