Join me for a relaxing, healing Sound Bath with Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls to bring more calm to your life. We will use sound to help you feel deeply rested. Wear comfortable clothes and please bring a Yoga mat, blanket and anything else to help you feel more comfortable.Â
