Service Description
Take an hour out of your week to dedicate to your self care practice. Meet in the comfort of Mel's home (warning she has cats) as she offers guided meditation, gentle stretches, breathing queues, healing sound and deep relaxation. Time for you to process your week and enter the weekend with a more regulated nervous system. The session will change week to week depending on who is in the class and how many people attend. Please be on time. Give yourself the space to explore the transformational power of "doing less". In these sessions you will truly be supported to be alongside, "with" your reality in a safe and reassuring way.

Cancellation Policy
