Work with Mel to receive help with anxiety, pain and other challenges you are experiencing. She intuitively and uniquely uses Yoga, Sound/ Instruments, Breathing Techniques and Meditation to support you live life with more ease. Mel provides a safe space for transformation when you are feeling stuck in habits/ cycles that no longer serve you. Want to reach your full potential? It is recommended that you commit to two sessions per week (at a minimum) in the initial stages to receive the maximum benefit. Just like you wake up and repeat activities like brushing your teeth to truly change you life you must start behaving in new ways. 1-1 sessions with Mel will help you to make those changes you've always wanted to do but didn't know how!
