Mel has over 25 years working professionally with the human body in many forms. Work with Mel to receive help with anxiety, pain and other challenges you are experiencing.
She intuitively and uniquely uses Yoga, Sound/ Instruments, Breathing Techniques, Movement and Meditation to assist you to get out of your own way. Mel provides the space for transformation when you're feeling stuck in old habits. Her work is based on her own practice that is ever-evolving.
