Mel Love is a qualified Yoga Teacher and trained Dancer. In her younger years she studied Performing Arts and has an impressive story or two to tell about travelling and performing around the globe. She also has an interest in Psychology and has completed an Introduction to Counselling Course. She has also written two books.

 

Devoted to helping others on their healing journey Mel's work focuses on self empowerment. She intuitively and uniquely uses Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation to teach you new ways that will better serve you when the old ways no longer work. Her practice is to share with you what has helped her along her own healing path.
